At PVC Print Studio Private Limited, we collect personal information necessary to process your high-quality PVC ID cards. This includes your name, shipping address, WhatsApp number, email address, and the specific documents (front and back) you upload for printing.

2. Document Security & Deletion

We understand the highly sensitive nature of identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.). Your uploaded documents are strictly used for printing purposes only. Once your order is successfully printed and dispatched, all associated document files are automatically and permanently deleted from our encrypted Firebase storage servers to ensure your absolute privacy.

3. Payment Security

We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
