Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are my uploaded documents secure?
Absolutely. Your privacy is our highest priority. We use secure, encrypted storage (Firebase) to handle your files. Once your PVC card is printed and shipped, your uploaded documents are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers.
2. How long will it take to receive my card?
We process and print orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location in India.
3. What quality should my uploaded image be?
For the best results, please upload clear, high-resolution images or original PDF files. If you upload a blurry or dark photo, the printed card will also be blurry. We recommend scanning documents rather than taking photos with a mobile phone.
4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Because these are custom-printed items containing your personal data, orders cannot be cancelled once the printing process has started. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
5. Do you ship outside of India?
Currently, we only ship within India. Please check our International Shipping page for future updates.
