Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and printed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and valid document uploads.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver Pan-India using trusted courier partners and India Post.

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days depending on your PIN code.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link (AWB number) via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

No Return & No Cancellation Policy

Please note that every PVC card we produce is a personalized, custom-printed item specifically containing your unique identity information.

  • Strictly NO returns or exchanges are accepted.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the printing process has started.
  • We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or user-submitted low-quality images.
